Valencia Cuina Oberta ha puesto hoy el broche de oro a su quinta edición con la entrega al Restaurante Riff del Premio Cruzcampo Gran Reserva al Mejor Menú Cuina Oberta. El público ha dado nuevamente la mayor puntuación al menú de la cena propuesto por Bernd Knöller entre los 82 restaurantes de este certamen, el más numeroso de todas las ediciones. Today, Valencia Restaurant Week has put the finishing touches to its fifth edition with the presentation of the Cruzcampo Gran Reserva Award for the Best Valencia Restaurant Week Menu, which went to Riff Restaurant. Out of the 82 restaurants that participated in the event — the highest number so far — the public has once again given the highest score to the set evening menu created by Bernd Knöller.
