Conocido por muchos como la “biblia” de la gastronomía de nuestra tierra, recopila en esta ocasión hasta 475 referencias de los mejores platos y establecimientos de la Comunidad. Con 324 restaurantes y 79 tipos de arroces y fideos, además de muchas otras secciones, se convierte en un imprescindible para la biblioteca de cualquier gastrónomo que se precie!
